Body and Mind - Massage Therapy and Counselling

"There is something quite significant about the connection between the body and the mind. Sometimes the body can communicate something to us that gives us a glimpse into how our mental health is doing. This has really inspired my work as a massage therapist and I am excited to continue forward with it in my practicum as a student intern as I complete my Master's of Arts in Counselling Psychology."
